This invoice does not serve as a reservation of goods. Prices are not binding and may change at any time. The invoice is valid for 1 x 24 hours from the time the note is issued. Please confirm with our sales team if you intend to make a payment for an invoice that has passed its validity period.
If payment is made within 1×24 hours (at the latest 1 day after, or at the latest 2×24 hours), the customer is entitled to get the item at the old price or the price that has been paid.
For Invoices that have been paid, if a price reduction occurs, the difference in funds cannot be refunded.
Every payment made for the settlement of an invoice is considered final. Therefore, consumers who make payments are deemed to have agreed to the nominal amount listed on the invoice.
The unique transfer code listed is to facilitate our system in checking fund transactions. Ensure the unique code transferred matches what is listed on the Invoice to avoid unwanted issues. If you object, you have the right to ignore the unique code and only pay the principal value. If paying only the principal value, payment must be confirmed to our sales team to be identified manually, which requires a processing time of 2×24 hours.
Payment confirmation must be done before our book closing (cut-off) time as follows: Monday – Friday: Before 17:00 WIB & Saturday: Before 13:00 WIB. We do not perform shipping on Holidays/Sundays, and confirmations made after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Item shipment is processed via the appointed Shipping Service at night. Shipping receipt (tracking number) information will be sent automatically via E-mail after the item is shipped. Buyers can track orders through our website. Delays in inputting receipt numbers by the Shipping Service company are beyond the reach of lurepotion.com, but remain our responsibility.
The result of weight summation by the lurepotion.com system is absolute and cannot be equated with third-party calculation systems (in this case, the selected courier).
If the weight summation is not a round number (in decimals), it will be rounded up (e.g., 1.1kg will be rounded up to 2kg).
Once the consumer has made a payment, the consumer is deemed to have agreed to the nominal shipping cost listed on the invoice.
Customers are required to complete payment. Once the payment transaction has been successfully carried out, we will send a payment receipt via the e-mail listed in the buyer’s personal data within a maximum of 1 (one) day after the payment process is completed.
Please ensure the city listed is correct and the address is complete to avoid shipping errors. For matters resulting in shipping errors due to mistakes on the Invoice, the costs incurred will be borne by the buyer, and if there is a difference in shipping costs, it cannot be refunded.
POS-EMS shipping service is prioritized for faster delivery. We do not accept refund claims for POS-EMS shipments that experience delays (in accordance with clauses at JNE). Customers hereby agree to the price and shipping costs listed on this note. If there is a price reduction and/or excess shipping cost listed on the note compared to the original shipping cost listed on the JNE receipt, the difference cannot be claimed back.
If the packaging of your ordered item is open or damaged, please do not accept it. If you have signed the shipping receipt from JNE, you are deemed to have received and agreed that the item you received is in good condition.
Shipping constraints such as out of stock, pending shipment, or other matters regarding ordered items will be informed via E-mail the following day.
For items that have been ordered and paid for but are out of stock, we will inform the buyer. The buyer has the right to wait until the item arrives (keep order), exchange for another item, or get a 100% refund. Refund requests will be processed in 7-14 Working Days or on Saturday every week.
Every refund request will be made via bank transfer which we have previously confirmed with the customer. lurepotion.com does not serve cash refunds at any branch.
For PRE-ORDER items, if there is a price change (increase or decrease), the agreed price is the price applicable at the date of payment. If the item arrives and the price changes, the price change cannot be claimed back.
In unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden stock emptiness, incomplete item information, and other matters, we will delay shipment for a few days and confirm with the customer.
If in certain circumstances there is a pricing error on a product caused by a typing error, or pricing and information error from the supplier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders using the wrong price, including orders that have been paid.
Payments via bank transfer where confirmation has passed the 5th day from the transaction date at the bank must be accompanied by proof of transfer sent to e-mail lurepotion@gmail.com to be processed.
We, Lure Potion, officially only sell Online via the marketplaces attached to the footer of our website. All information, official account numbers, telephone numbers, e-mail, etc., listed on the site are accurate and we are accountable for them.
If there are parties acting on behalf of lurepotion.com and its subsidiaries promising prizes, discount prices, goods, and/or store forms with similar names and/or attributes, we are not responsible for any illegal consequences caused.
All sales must go through valid purchasing procedures. Buyers are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
Lure Potion is not responsible for any misuse of goods and/or services purchased. All use of goods and services that is incorrect or not in accordance with the law, benefits, norms, and applicable regulations becomes the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the goods are received. Any losses incurred are the buyer’s own responsibility.
It is strictly prohibited to use the name Lure Potion without our permission and knowledge. Violators will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable Laws in the Republic of Indonesia and indemnification of at least Rp 500,000,000 (Five hundred million Rupiah).
If a member is found using the name Lure Potion for commercial purposes without our permission and knowledge, every ongoing transaction will be quarantined (held), and subsequently, all transactions will be considered forfeited (funds are not returned to the member).
If a member wishes to continue processing a transaction that has been quarantined, the member must agree to pay indemnification of at least Rp 500,000,000 (Five hundred million Rupiah).

Every complaint regarding shortage/shipping errors of goods must include proof in the form of a product photo along with the order sheet on the packaging/packing. We will resolve every complaint submitted if you include clear proof.
We do not accept complaints regarding the quality/effect produced by the pheromone products you have purchased. The final result is also determined by the user themselves, influenced by social life, relationships, and romance. Therefore, it is highly recommended for every buyer to first understand pheromones as a tool to increase attractiveness to the opposite sex.
We do not act as the shipping service for the purchased packages. Every package shipment is handed over to a third party, in this case, an expedition service such as JNE. There are no Complaints and no returns of goods. Goods that have been received cannot be returned. All negative matters caused by the expedition service used are not our responsibility. If the product is damaged/broken during shipping, we do not provide item replacement or funds.
Goods have been checked to be in good condition and not damaged before we pack them. If the item is slammed or crushed by other items during the shipping process by the Expedition, it is not our responsibility.
If goods do not arrive, the address is incomplete/unclear, lost or not delivered by the JNE courier, and the tracked receipt is correct, please contact the relevant courier directly.
